The Home Buying 411 is a Home buyer basics 1 hour class. We go over questions like Is homebuying for you? What are the benefits to buying vs renting? How much money do you need down? What are the different steps? This is a class to get your questions answered before meeting with us one-on-one! This is the quick version of the 5 hour class for those that are maybe unsure if homeownership is for them or are just starting the process and don’t want to take the 5 hour class yet, or don’t need down payment assistance.

WSHFC Class is a 5 hour class required for certain Wa State down payment assistance. You will receive a certificate of completion after class. We go over the entire home buying process, loan options and different types of down payment assistance options. We go over the buying process from start to finish, and you will leave with a good understanding of how the process works, and how to choose a good realtor and lender if you don’t have one already.
